can be exchanged or returned for buyback based on its current market value.
2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for Lifetime Exchange are fully covered by us.
3. Discount Adjustments: Any discounts applied during the original purchase or free
gifts received will be adjusted and deducted from the exchange amount.
4. Required Documents: A copy of the original invoice and product certificate must be
provided for exchange or buyback.
5. Certificate Loss: In the event of loss of the original product certificate, the cost of
recertification will be borne by you.
6. Damaged Stones: If precious stones are found to be damaged, both exchange and
buyback programs will carry 0% value.
